Bruning anothony bruning personal injury lawyer

I am a St. Louis trial lawyer.

I help folks who can’t help themselves. That’s the way I was raised. My father was a WWII vet and then a carpenter and my mother raised 6 children and served as a School teacher. I learned at an early age that there is no substitute for hard work. I was born and raised in St. Louis. I enrolled at the University of Missouri, walked on the football team, and ultimately graduated in three years. I then attended and graduated from St. Louis University Law School in 1980. I have been a trial lawyer ever since with well over 100 jury verdicts.

Tony Bruning’s Unparalleled Experience & Injury Cases

My clients include people who have been injured by dangerous products and the negligence of others. My cases have resulted in some of the largest verdicts in Missouri and Illinois. While most of my cases involve fires and explosions I have vast experience in products liability, medical malpractice and trucking accident cases. My largest case was a 1999 verdict against a smoke detector manufacturer for 50 million dollars arising out of the deaths of two children. In 1989 I was honored as “Man of the Year” by the National Association of Fire Investigators for my work in Klein v. General Electric – a case which exposed a defective and dangerous coffee maker which led to the recall of 7 million products. I am a nationally certified fire and explosions investigator and I am asked to speak regularly at national fire and explosions symposiums on the legal aspects of fires and explosions. If I can help you with your case, please contact me.

Bruning MO personal injury attorney AJ Bruning

I was born and raised to represent individuals who have been needlessly injured. I mean that literally. At a young age my father would tell me about the clients he was representing. I would meet them and take pride in their admiration of my father. I always knew I wanted to be a lawyer and represent clients that needed my help.

About Me: A.J. Bruning

I was an athlete in high school playing both football and track. I then went to undergrad at the University of Missouri where I could enjoy my passion for Mizzou sports up close. After obtaining my degree in Business Administration I went to St. Louis University for Law School. I knew I wanted to be in court so after law school I obtained a job working at the Circuit Attorney’s Office in the City of St. Louis. It was at the Circuit Attorney’s Office that I was able to hone my trial skills while representing victims of crime. At the Circuit Attorney’s Office, I tried over 50 cases starting with simple assaults and then eventually murder cases. I presided over the Grand Jury and was head of the Bomb and Arson unit. In 2011, I was honored with the Circuit Attorney “Trial Star” for winning every jury trial I tried that year.

A.J.: IL & MO Personal Injury Lawyer

I represent individuals in Missouri and Illinois in all types of personal injury cases. In my short time here I have obtained a judgment for $2.5 million and settled a large class action lawsuit for a confidential amount. Super Lawyers Magazine has distinguished me a Rising Star in the field of product liability litigation. I try to give back to community when I can. I started the Downtown Neighborhood Watch Group and raise money for Multiple Sclerosis. I have been named National Multiple Sclerosis Corporate Achiever for my fund raising efforts. I love the city of St. Louis and support it whenever I can. Recently I was appointed by Mayor Francis Slay to serve on the Advisory Board for the Gateway Mall. I am married to my lovely wife Lauren and we have two beautiful daughters, Mia and Bridget. I would be happy to represent you.

I always knew I wanted to be a personal injury attorney. My father, also a personal injury attorney, talked about the gratifying and fulfilling moments helping injured clients in times of need.

About Me: Ryan Bruning

I started this path by attending DeSmet Jesuit High School, where I played football and ran track. I then attended college at the University of Missouri-Columbia, and after Mizzou, I began law school at Saint Louis University. It was during this time that I solidified my desire to be the champion to those in need against large insurance companies. During law school I worked with my dad while he was a partner at Leritz, Plunkert and Bruning. There I learned the basics of the legal system from well-established and experienced attorneys.

I directly assisted with several large jury trials, conducted numerous hearings and mediations, and, in the end, helped many clients see favorable results. During my time in law school, I also wanted to gain other experiences to enhance my legal education, and so I interned at the St. Louis City Circuit Attorney’s Office and worked at the Saint Louis University Defense Clinic, where I was nominated as Clinic Student of the Year. Although these positions were gratifying and helped in gaining trial experience, I ultimately decided that personal injury law is where I belong. I broke away from my father’s firm and joined the Page Law Firm in January of 2011, where I was able to focus primarily on serious injury and death cases. I used my experience in the courtroom and knowledge in representing injured clients to assist hundreds of individuals in Missouri and Illinois to rightful compensation against those who had done them wrong.

For me, proper communication with each and every client is always the top priority, which facilitates great attorney-client relationships and also positive experiences and successful outcomes overall. Using this method, I was named as one of the Top 100 Trial Layers by the National Trial Lawyers Association. After five successful years working at Page Law, I decided to go back into the family business and work with my father and brother, but this time it is as a partner in our firm, The Bruning Law Firm. While I will continue to focus on personal injury cases, I will also be handling class action lawsuits. I am married to my beautiful wife Sherin and we just had our first baby girl Olivia. I am an avid sports fan of the Cardinals and Mizzou. If you would like me to represent you, please give us a call at any time and let me hear your story.

Boyer Jamie Boyer

There is nothing I love more than winning a case for my client. Over the last eighteen years, I’ve been fortunate to work with all types of people on all types of lawsuits.

The one thing I never get tired of is helping someone achieve a just and fair outcome, whether that happens in a courtroom or a conference room.

I grew up in Highland, Illinois, a small town just across the Mississippi River from St. Louis.

I attended DePauw University in Greencastle, IN, where I majored in English and minored in American History.

After college, I went straight to law school to pursue my dream of being an attorney. I graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law, where I earned several awards for trial advocacy.

After returning home to St. Louis, I’ve spent the last 18 years advocating for every kind of client—from individuals to Fortune 50 companies. I’ve been recognized by Benchmark Litigation magazine, the St. Louis Business Journal, Missouri Lawyers’ Weekly and Missouri & Kansas Superlawyers Magazine for my trial work.

Outside of the office, I love trying new restaurants with my husband Tim, cheering for the St. Louis Blues, and serving the community as a commissioner on the St. Louis City Affordable Housing Commission, board member for The Soulard School and board member on the State Advisory Board for the Division of Youth Services.

I am a veteran trial attorney with first-chair experience in federal, state and, appellate courts across the country, including Missouri, Illinois, New York, Nevada, South Dakota and New Mexico. I have represented individuals, family-owned companies, trade organizations, non-profits, and international corporations in all types of lawsuits, including personal injury, products liability, and wrongful death cases.

I’ve handled trials lasting from one day to eight weeks, where the amounts at stake ranged from $10,000 to $2 billion dollars. No matter what the circumstances, I have the experience to successfully navigate the legal process, from the first phone call through a jury verdict and every step in between.

I have always known I wanted to be an attorney. Everyone around me knew it too. Advocating for what I believe in has always come naturally, and it excites me to get to advocate for others as a career.

I grew up on my great-grandfather’s farm in Marion, Illinois. As a child, I loved being outside, spending time with my family and playing sports. Specifically, I played soccer, softball, volleyball and ran track. I was then fortunate enough to earn a soccer scholarship to Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky; where I played on one of the most successful teams in school history and became team captain my senior year. At Bellarmine University, I was able to study abroad in Merida, Mexico, and eventually attained my degree in Business Administration and Foreign Language & International Studies.

After achieving my goal of playing college soccer, I immediately enrolled in law school at Saint Louis University to pursue my dream of becoming an attorney. While in law school, I began my legal training in workers’ compensation and civil litigation and participated in the criminal defense legal clinic. I learned how to advocate for clients and knew that being an advocate is what I wanted to do with my career. Since passing the bar examination, I have continued to practice both workers’ compensation and civil litigation and am excited to continue advocating for clients.

Outside the office, I love spending time with my dog, Granger, trying new St. Louis restaurants, playing in various sports leagues and volunteering for Midwest Australian Shepherd Rescue (MASR).

I would be delighted to be your advocate. Please give us a call and we can discuss your case.
