Litigation

Mersiha brings over 20 years of experience in high-stakes litigation, with expertise in personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases. She also has specialized knowledge in eminent domain matters, including “Rails-to-Trails” litigation. Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mersiha offers a global perspective and is fluent in Bosnian.

She is highly skilled in managing the full litigation lifecycle across state and federal courts, from initial filings through trial and post-trial proceedings. Mersiha studied at Meramec Community College and the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors, especially hiking and visiting National Parks.
