Tatiyana Rodriguez
Associate Attorney
Tatiyana is a Chicago native and first-generation attorney committed to fairness and strong client advocacy. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois–Springfield and her master's and JD from Southern Illinois University–Carbondale.
She served as a prosecutor in Peoria and St. Clair Counties from 2021 to 2026, handling traffic, DUI, felony, and domestic violence cases and gaining significant courtroom experience.
Licensed in Illinois and Missouri. During law school, she was on the dean's list, a Pro Bono award recipient, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. Currently, she is a board member of the St. Clair County Bar Association.
Outside the office, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Roxy.
